The ETi 250 drops to a 250,000 BTU rating in a smaller 25x25x32 in footprint than its ETi 400 sibling, while holding a 94% thermal efficiency on natural gas (96% on propane with the conversion kit). It's built as a drop-in replacement for existing MasterTemp or Max-E-Therm units, sharing the same plumbing layout so a swap doesn't require re-piping the pad. High-altitude installs above 2,000 ft need kit 462057.
