Farmer Direct Supply is committed to competitive pricing. When you find the same new product at a lower publicly advertised price from an authorized U.S. retailer, we will review the offer and do our best to match the total delivered price.

Eligibility

• The product must be identical in brand, manufacturer part number, model, size, configuration, included accessories, warranty, and condition.
• The competitor must be an authorized U.S. retailer selling the item directly, not a third-party marketplace seller.
• The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase in the requested quantity.
• The price must be publicly advertised or supported by a current written quote that we can independently verify.
• The comparison must include the complete delivered cost, including shipping, freight, liftgate, residential or limited-access fees, handling, required accessories, and other mandatory charges.
• The request must be submitted before purchase or within seven calendar days after the Farmer Direct Supply order date.

How to request a price match

Email hello@farmerdirectsupply.com with the product link, competitor name, competitor product link or written quote, screenshot of the price, delivery ZIP code, quantity, and your order number if you already ordered.

Exclusions

• Clearance, liquidation, closeout, damaged, returned, refurbished, used, display, open-box, or auction products.
• Marketplace sellers, private sellers, classified listings, unauthorized dealers, or sellers outside the United States.
• Membership pricing, employee pricing, negotiated contract pricing, financing incentives, rebates, coupons, loyalty credits, gift cards, free gifts, or bundled offers.
• Flash sales, doorbusters, holiday promotions, limited-quantity promotions, typographical errors, pricing errors, or prices that violate manufacturer advertised-pricing rules.
• Custom, configured, engineered, made-to-order, or special-order products that are not identical in every material respect.

Price matching is not guaranteed and may be limited by manufacturer requirements, stock, freight terms, or commercially unreasonable pricing.
