Available payment methods

The payment methods currently available for your order are the methods displayed at checkout or stated on a written Pool Direct Supply invoice. Availability can depend on the device, order amount, billing address, eligibility, and payment provider.

Checkout may offer major credit or debit cards, accelerated checkout methods such as Shop Pay, and eligible financing through Shop Pay Installments and Affirm. Pool Direct Supply also accepts approved wire transfer and Zelle payments when arranged through a verified invoice.

Wire transfer and Zelle discount

A 5% discount is available when the entire order is paid by wire transfer or Zelle. Request an invoice before sending payment. We will issue the invoice with the discount applied and provide verified payment instructions.

Never send payment to account details received from an unverified address or message. Our email domain is pooldirectsupply.com. If payment instructions appear unusual or change unexpectedly, call (817) 587-4397 using the number published on this website before sending funds.

An order paid by wire transfer or Zelle is not accepted or released until funds have cleared and Pool Direct Supply confirms acceptance. Bank or transfer fees charged by your financial institution are your responsibility.

Authorization and order acceptance

A card authorization, financing approval, payment receipt, or automated order confirmation does not by itself constitute final acceptance. We may verify payment, identity, product availability, configuration, shipping details, and fraud indicators before accepting and releasing an order.

If we cannot accept an order, we will void the authorization or issue an applicable refund to the original payment method.

Financing

Eligible customers may be offered Shop Pay Installments through Affirm. Pool Direct Supply does not determine eligibility, APR, term, or approval. The exact lender terms shown at checkout control. See our Financing page for details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless applicable law or the payment provider requires another method. Processing and posting times are explained in our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
