What to include

• Product name, model and preferred configuration.
• Quantity and what you're trying to do with it.
• Delivery ZIP code, and whether the location is residential, commercial, gated or limited access.
• Road, gate and unloading conditions: can a full trailer reach your drop point, and is the drive passable when wet?
• Any accessories or optional services you need.

For pumps, heaters and filtration

Include the pool or spa type, in-ground or above-ground construction, volume or dimensions, the existing equipment manufacturer and model, plumbing diameter and configuration, electrical voltage, phase and amperage, gas type where relevant, and any automation or control system you run. If you're not sure of some of these, say so and we'll work them out with you.

For covers, enclosures and larger installations

Include the footprint you want, the proposed site, access conditions, planned use, and any local permitting, engineering, wind or anchoring requirements you already know about.

Free standard shipping is included on every order delivered within the contiguous United States. Optional delivery services and customer caused charges may cost extra and are disclosed separately.
