The 156A steps up from the 106A to 150,000 BTU in a slightly deeper 27 in cabinet, and swaps the analog dial for a digital microprocessor thermostat that supports remote control — the main functional difference between the two above-ground models. It shares the 106A's copper fin-tube heat exchanger, 120V standard/240V-convertible electrical, and the same Low NOx market restriction and elevation derate.
