Chemical Feed Pump Parts

More about Chemical Feed Pump Parts

Peristaltic pumps are built to be rebuilt. Almost every part that wears is designed to be replaced on site with hand tools, which is why a well stocked shelf of spares keeps a feeder in service for many years instead of turning a worn tube into a new pump purchase.

Wear items to keep on hand

  • Pinch tubes and hose assemblies, the primary consumable in any peristaltic pump.
  • Roller assemblies and three roller housings, plus the housing knob.
  • Injection fittings in brass, nylon and polypropylene, with spare seals.
  • Check valves and PVC ball valves for the discharge side.
  • Suction hose weights, hose clamps, barb connectors and hose stop retainers.
  • E-Z Glide pump lubricant, which meaningfully extends tube life.

Larger components

Replacement gearmotors, gearmotor cooling fans, pump enclosures, timer replacement kits and complete accessory kits for the Pro Series 300 are all available, along with small hardware like brass studs and wing nuts for the RC252.

A simple maintenance habit

Inspect the pinch tube on a schedule rather than waiting for output to fall off. A tube that fails in service can siphon or spill chemical, and it always fails at the least convenient moment. Lubricate at each tube change, keep a spare tube and a spare injection seal on the shelf, and the pump becomes a component you service rather than one you replace.
