Who qualifies for a trade account?
Licensed pool builders, service and repair companies, property and HOA managers, hospitality and aquatics operators, and retailers. If you buy pool equipment for a business, apply — we'll tell you within 48 hours.
Is there a fee or a minimum order?
No. The account is free and there's no minimum. Pricing tiers improve with annual volume, and your rep will tell you where you sit.
How much is trade pricing off retail?
It depends on brand and volume. Once approved, log in and pro pricing shows on every product page. For full equipment pads, ask your rep for a bundled quote — that's usually where the biggest savings are.
Do you offer net terms?
Net 30 is available on approved accounts after a short credit review. Cards, ACH and financing are available on every account from day one.
Are warranties valid on trade orders?
Yes. We're an authorized dealer for every brand we sell. Nothing is grey-market, so the manufacturer warranty is valid on every unit.
Can I ship to job sites or multiple locations?
Yes. Save as many ship-to addresses as you need — job sites, shops, or a customer's home. Freight items ship curbside with liftgate on request.
What does my dedicated rep actually do?
Quotes, sizing checks, order tracking, reorders, warranty claims and anything that needs a human. One name and a direct line, not a ticket queue.
