Controller Parts & Probes

A water chemistry controller is only as accurate as the probe reading the water and the flow cell delivering that water to it. This is the service shelf for that whole measurement chain, plus the interlocks and plumbing accessories that keep a controller from dosing when it should not.

Probes

• Heavy duty pH probes for continuous industrial and commercial duty.
• Heavy duty ORP probes for standard chlorine pools.
• Gold tip ORP probes for salt pools, where high salinity fouls a conventional probe far faster and shortens its life considerably.

Flow cells and interlocks

• Globe flow cell kits with flow switch and isolation valves, complete and ready to plumb.
• Flow cell bodies, flow switches and valves available individually for repairs.
• Interlock pressure switch kits rated 1 to 6 PSI, which prevent dosing when circulation stops.
• Solenoid valve kits for controlling erosion feeders.

Sample line protection

In line strainer kits with 40 mesh screens keep debris off the probe faces, which is the difference between a probe that lasts a full season and one that drifts within weeks. Replacement screens, valves, poly tubing, quick connect valves and probe fittings are all stocked separately.

Probes are consumables

Treat pH and ORP probes as scheduled replacement items, not permanent hardware. Calibrate on a regular interval, keep the tips wet, never let them dry out over a shutdown, and replace them before drift starts producing bad dosing decisions. Keeping a spare on the shelf is cheaper than a weekend of uncontrolled chemistry.
