Outdoor dining next to a pool has one requirement ordinary patio sets do not meet: everything gets sat on wet. Molded resin handles that without staining, rusting or swelling, which is why the entire range here uses it instead of wood, powder coated aluminium or sling fabric.

Sizing the space

Allow roughly 24 inches of table edge per person and leave 36 inches of clearance behind each chair so people can stand without stepping toward the water. Round tops are the safer choice on a wet deck because there are no corners at shin height, while rectangular tops seat more along a wall or deck edge.

Plan shade with the table

Decide on shade before ordering. A through table umbrella needs a centre hole and a properly weighted base. A cantilever umbrella reaches over from the side and keeps the tabletop clear. An in ground mount is the cleanest permanent solution on a new or resurfaced deck. Seat cushions are ordered separately so you can add comfort where you want it.
