Building the arrangement

Work around a coffee table and keep 16 to 18 inches between the table edge and the front of each seat, close enough to reach a drink without leaning. Aim for a conversation circle no wider than about 10 feet, because past that people start raising their voices. Set the group back from the coping so splash out does not soak the cushions all afternoon.

Built for wet decks

Frames are molded resin, not powder coated aluminium, so there is nothing to rust where fasteners meet water. Cushions use fade resistant outdoor fabric with quick drying foam and are sold as replaceable parts, so a refresh later means new fabric rather than new furniture.
