Chemical automation replaces the bucket and the test kit with a closed loop. A probe reads your water continuously, a controller compares it to your setpoint, and a metering pump doses exactly as much as is needed. Instead of chemistry that swings between manual additions, you get a narrow, stable band around the target, all day, every day.

Why it pays for itself

Manual dosing produces a sawtooth. Sanitiser spikes right after an addition, drifts below target before the next one, and pH climbs the entire time. The consequences are real: wasted chemical, chloramines and swimmer discomfort in the low periods, scale and equipment wear in the high ones. Automated dosing eliminates the swing, which typically reduces total chemical consumption, improves water quality and produces the continuous logs a health inspector expects.

How the pieces fit together

A working system is a controller, one or two feed pumps, a flow cell with probes, a day tank per chemical and the tubing and injection fittings between them. A ready to mount system bundles the controller and pumps onto a pre plumbed board so installation becomes a mounting job rather than a build.
