Ready-to-Mount Dosing Systems

A ready to mount dosing system is a complete chemical automation package assembled onto a single board at the factory. The controller, the feed pumps and the plumbing between them are already wired and connected. Installation becomes a matter of hanging the board, connecting power, running suction lines to your tanks and tying the injection fittings into your return.

• Hours of labour saved. Building an equivalent panel from components takes a skilled tech most of a day. This takes a fraction of it.

Which system to choose

The pH and ORP version suits the large majority of pools and controls the two measurements that matter most. The version adding dual ORP and free chlorine PPM is the right call where health code requires a direct parts per million reading, or where high cyanuric acid makes an ORP reading alone unreliable.

What you still need to supply

Day tanks for each chemical, the suction tubing and foot valves, injection fittings at the return line, and an interlock so the system cannot dose without circulation. We can quote the tanks and install accessories alongside the board so the whole package arrives together.
