Global Pool Products covers its slides, rails, ladders, games, diving boards and furniture with a 3-year limited warranty on all components, except fasteners, balls and nets (90 days) and powder coating (1 year). Pool lifts carry their own warranties.

Coverage is for the original retail end user when the product is installed, used and maintained per the instructions. Return the warranty registration card within 30 days. Claims go through the dealer or distributor that sold the product, with photos of the product, the problem area and the serial number. Accidents, misuse, improper chemical use, fading, ice damage, fire, rust on fasteners, exceeding the weight capacity and normal wear are excluded.
