Residential terms also include 10 years against cracking, splitting, peeling or rotting, and 3 years on cushions and pillows for sewn seam failure; commercial cushions and pillows are covered for 1 year.

Claims are handled by Ledge Lounger under its published terms, which exclude improper water chemistry, mishandling after delivery, lack of regular maintenance, modifications, and labour or assembly costs.
