Residential umbrella terms include 10 years on the frame structure, 5 years on frame finishes including powder coating, 3 years on manual lift systems, and 1 year on electrical components including LED lighting.

Claims are handled by Ledge Lounger under its published terms, which exclude improper water chemistry, mishandling after delivery, lack of regular maintenance, modifications, and labour or assembly costs.
