In-Pool Chairs

More about In-Pool Chairs

An in-pool chair sits directly in the water on a tanning ledge, Baja shelf or sun shelf, giving you an upright seat with your legs still submerged. Unlike patio chairs that happen to be near a pool, these are engineered for permanent water contact. The marine grade resin will not rust, absorb water, grow mildew or fade under constant chlorine, salt and UV exposure.

Choosing a profile

The Signature Chair gives you a full upright back for reading and conversation. The Signature Chair Lowback drops the backrest for a more reclined, sunbathing posture and a cleaner sightline across the water. The Autograph Chair carries a more sculptural, contemporary silhouette for modern pool designs.

Sizing to your ledge

Measure your ledge water depth before ordering. Most in-pool chairs are designed for roughly 3 to 9 inches of water. Deeper than that and the seat sits too low to be comfortable. Shallower and the chair loses the in-water feel that makes it worth having. Chairs can be weighted with sand or water ballast where noted so they stay put when swimmers move past.

Pair a chair with a matching side table or ice bin table, and add a cushion, riser or SafeGuard from the accessories range to change the seat height and protect your pool finish.
