Ledge Lounger covers its outdoor patio furniture, including the Shift, Echo, Legacy and Mainstay collections, with a 20-year limited residential warranty against manufacturing defects and against cracking, splitting, peeling or rotting. Residential terms also include 5 years on hardware, 3 years on sling fabrics against tears, and 2 years on cushions and pillows for sewn seam failure. Commercial use carries shorter terms set by Ledge Lounger.

Claims are handled by Ledge Lounger under its published terms, which exclude improper water chemistry, mishandling after delivery, lack of regular maintenance, modifications, and labour or assembly costs.
