Seat Risers & SafeGuards

More about Seat Risers & SafeGuards

These two accessories solve the problems that come up after in-pool furniture is already in the water, and they are the ones most buyers do not know exist until they need them.

Seat risers

A riser lifts a chaise or chair so the seating surface sits at the right height for your ledge. Tanning ledges are not standardised. If your shelf is deeper than the chaise was designed for, you end up sitting in water up to your waist instead of resting on the surface. A riser corrects that without buying a different frame. Risers are model specific, with separate versions for the chaise, chaise deep, chair and lowback chair.

SafeGuards

A SafeGuard is a protective pad that sits between the furniture contact points and your pool surface. On aggressive finishes such as exposed pebble, quartz aggregate or rough plaster, furniture that shifts under weight can scuff the surface over time, and on delicate tile or vinyl it can mark. SafeGuards absorb that contact and also stop the small movement and noise you get when someone sits down hard.

Which do you need

If your seat sits too low in the water, order a riser. If your pool has a rough or premium finish and you want to protect it, order a SafeGuard. Plenty of pools benefit from both. Match the accessory to your exact seat model, since the chaise and chaise deep versions are not interchangeable.
