Before you order

Confirm the anchor you need. Lifts listed without an anchor bolt to an existing compatible anchor; new installs need the matching anchor set in sound concrete.
Check deck material and thickness: Global Pool Products' anchor instructions call for solid concrete at the lift location (paver decks need a concrete pad under the lift).
The anchor must be electrically bonded to the pool bonding grid per the NEC and local code; have a qualified installer handle bonding and core drilling.
For public pools, place the lift where the water is no deeper than 48 in. and keep the clear deck space the ADA standard requires.

Global Pool Products gives Superior and Legend Series lifts a 5-year limited structural warranty on the metal frame (the powder coat finish is not included). The actuator and controls are covered for 2 years from the purchase date, then prorated: 60% coverage in year 3, 50% in year 4 and 40% in year 5. The battery is covered for 1 year.

Coverage applies to the original end user when the lift is installed, used and maintained per the manufacturer's instructions. Return the warranty registration card within 30 days of purchase. Claims are made in writing through the distributor that sold the lift. Exceeding the rated weight capacity, improper chemical use, cosmetic rust, normal wear and unapproved repairs are excluded.

: Only L350R2DIA includes an anchor (drop-in). L350R2NA ships without an anchor for use with a compatible L-series anchor (GLCQDIA drop-in or GLCQPA 4-point, sold separately).
: Global Pool Products lists a setback range of 12 to 17 in. from the pool edge, with a maximum seat submersion of 8 in. below the deck. Check your deck against the drawing in the owner's manual before ordering.
