Before you order

Confirm the anchor you need. Lifts listed without an anchor bolt to an existing compatible anchor; new installs need the matching anchor set in sound concrete.
Check deck material and thickness: Global Pool Products' anchor instructions call for solid concrete at the lift location (paver decks need a concrete pad under the lift).
The anchor must be electrically bonded to the pool bonding grid per the NEC and local code; have a qualified installer handle bonding and core drilling.
For public pools, place the lift where the water is no deeper than 48 in. and keep the clear deck space the ADA standard requires.

Global Pool Products gives Commercial, Proformance and Rotational Series lifts a lifetime limited warranty on the metal frame components (the powder coat finish is not included). The actuator and controls are covered for 2 years from the purchase date, then prorated: 60% coverage in year 3, 50% in year 4 and 40% in year 5. The battery is covered for 1 year.

Coverage applies to the original end user when the lift is installed, used and maintained per the manufacturer's instructions. Return the warranty registration card within 30 days of purchase. Claims are made in writing through the distributor that sold the lift, with photos of the lift and the defect. Exceeding the rated weight capacity, improper chemical use, cosmetic rust, ice or fire damage, normal wear and unapproved repairs are excluded.

: Only P375SL includes an anchor (concrete anchor sleeve). P375NA ships without one for use with an existing GLCSA square sleeve anchor.
: Global Pool Products lists a setback range of 12 to 17 in. from the pool edge, with a maximum seat submersion of 8 in. below the deck. Check your deck against the drawing in the owner's manual before ordering.
