Ledge Lounger's in-pool furniture warranty runs 15 years for residential use and 10 years for commercial use against manufacturing defects and loss of structural integrity. Residential terms add 10 years against cracking, splitting, peeling or rotting, 10 years on fading of Sunbrella marine-grade fabric, 5 years on fading of Sunbrella furniture-grade fabric and of the plastic, and 3 years on cushions and pillows. Commercial terms include 3 years on plastic colour fading and 1 year on cushions and pillows.

Claims go to Ledge Lounger's Customer Experience Team (888-498-0280 or customerservice@ledgeloungers.com) with proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos or video. The warranty excludes misuse, third-party modifications or replacement parts, punctures, scratches, dents, tears, normal wear, pool chemical or water stains and normal weathering.
