Before you order
- Electric heat pump — it burns no gas and produces no NOx emissions, so Low NOx gas-heater restrictions do not apply.
- Requires 208–230 VAC, single-phase, 60 Hz power. Raypak lists the electrical load as 46 A min / 70 A max — have an electrician confirm the circuit before ordering.
- Needs 30 to 60 GPM of water flow through the unit. Check your pump and plumbing can deliver it.
- These are freight items. Check that the delivery truck can reach your property and that you have help to move the unit onto the pad. Installation must be carried out to local code by a qualified installer.
- Covered by the Raypak limited warranty — two years labor and seven years parts from the effective date, as stated in the WeatherKing brochure (WK-P-600-1).
